Tuesdays Total Body Bootcamp

TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP is an intermediate/advanced class featuring dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercises for a Total Body workout. Throughout this class you will perform medium to high repetitions along with timed intervals that will strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.
