TEEN FITNESS PROGRAM

Fitness is important at any age, but the earlier we learn healthy habits, the easier it becomes to live a healthy lifestyle. This program is designed for teens to build healthy habits in both body and mind. What they will learn extends beyond bodily fitness but includes skills to improve mental health. The program helps build confidence through movement, to help teens become powerful role models.

 

Each class will include a full body circuit style workout and then a 10 min discussion session. We will practice goal setting for healthy lifestyle habits outside of the gym.
