Pilates is designed to help you create long, lean muscles throughout your body. The class starts off with small, slow and gentle movements and builds into a strong and fiery class targeting arms, thighs, bum and abs. Work your muscles in new ways, at new angles and on multiple planes to not only strengthen and tone but also challenge your balance and coordination.
