Improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance with this full body workout using the Pilates Reformer. This Level 1 class will cover the fundamentals of Reformer work and is suitable for people new to the Reformer. Class size is limited to 5 people guaranteeing quality instruction and individual attention to each participant. Participants must take the Reformer Orientation or receive private training on the reformer prior to taking this class.
