There is no doubt about it, a reformer workout is awesome with the magic power of relaxing and energizing at the same time. Work with more than gravity to get a full body workout that's form focused, healthy for your joints, makes you stronger, longer and more defined. The reformer machine adds weight with spring resistance to your exercises which helps build your limb muscles, mobilize, align your joints and increase bone density. Don’t worry there is still plenty of core int these classes. The reformer is also really fun and a 55 minute class will go by in a blink. We have Jump-boards so if you feel like a more cardio based class just ask!
