Lunch & Learn: Focuses on providing the education to employees so they can choose healthier life options, including: physical fitness, nutrition, mindfulness & meditation, stress & sleep management, postural adjustments in the work place.
60 min session: single time & focus or a 4 week wellness program focusing on all topics
