Meet at the studio + run to a park 1-2 km from there! There we will do a 30-minute bootcamp style class, made up of on-the-spot cardio intervals, functional fitness training + bodyweight conditioning exercises. Then we will wrap up and you can either run back to the studio or home! Terrific way to get together (at a safe distance), enjoy the beautiful summer weather + start the day right!
