Yoga Flow

Hey guys!

Here is a workout you can do at home #withme. This yoga flow will focus primarily on opening up through the hips and stretching out the hamstrings.

This flow is accessible for all levels with both modifications for poses to simplify them and progressions to make them more challenging.

If we are inactive and sitting a lot this is a great flow for you, but if you are very active this is also a great flow fo you!
