Fix Your Posture!
Hey guys!
if you know you have poor posture and are looking for help to fix it, I have a few easy movies you can do at home that will leave you feeling taller. In this video, I’m going to show ways to fix the most common posture problems: correcting rounded shoulders and back, opening the chest, and realigning the neck.
This video is great if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in your car and require no equipment, just your floor and wall.
There is more explanation than most of my workout videos, however, I feel a more in-depth explanation is important.
