This mat based Pilates class is designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. Small equipment such as fitness circles, toning balls, foam rollers, and flex bands add challenge and variety. The class includes Pilates fundamentals along with modifications to make exercises more or less challenging. Suitable for those new to Pilates and those looking for a well rounded workout.
